Dear Mary,

Thank you for your continued support! I understand that there is so much going on in the world that our story is small compared to the suffering of so many in far more tragic circumstances. This odd event in our lives has brought about some very positive change. Rather than submit to anger and bitterness, we are seeking solutions. Sara will be attending a new school that is such a nurturing place and enjoys a fantastic academic reputation. Perhaps, this momentary conflict was the impetus we needed to look for a better fit for Sara. I believe that she will grow tremendously and find a great happiness that she has yet to experience in her academic history.

My son resists change, but we are reluctant to allow him to stay in our present school system for a variety of reasons. He is an innocent soul, although bright and insightful in his own way. He is a peacemaker, but I am concerned that his environment will eventually overwhelm him. There is a lot of corruption that is coming to the surface in our area, news pertaining to our Board of Education. I prayed for justice and transparency in our community. It seems as though these prayers are being answered. I want to shelter my son whose greatest desire is to do well and make it past every hurdle successfully. He is a remarkable young man and deserves an education that is more worthy of his dedication and perseverence. He needs to be in a place where goodness and talent are rewarded with appreciation and recognition.

I think that we are on the right path, but I strive to keep a positive mental outlook through all opposition and transition. Change is challenging, but it is how we push forward into our next incarnation and become that improved version of our former selves.

Thank you for all of your healing energy! Sara has felt it, too. We send our gratitude and support for your work. Peace to Haiti and all those who suffer in any part of our world! Mercy and strength to you all!

This is great news for reiki practitioner amd supporters. More people are becoming aware of the gentle balancing energy. Reiki is like massage therapy. It took a while for it to be known as a healing practice and covered by most insurance. I beleive reiki will have its day. Hopefully sooner then latter.

Thank you so much for this very proper and life affirming piece. The moment I begin reading, it stopped me from my fast pace this morning. I felt peaceful and grateful. Though I attempt at taking life into consideration sometimes life takes me w/no consideration. There is a balance and I have the ability to change me.
