Spring is right around the corner- and it can't come too quickly for most of us! One of my memories growing up was opening all of the windows on the first nice day of the year and pitching in with the spring cleaning. I recall the clean, crisp air and the welcome sunshine, and the scent of pine cleaner everywhere! Even though I have to admit that I don't do spring cleaning myself these days, I do open all of the windows and welcome in the fresh air. And when I do, the whole house seems lighter and re-energized.

As a practitioner, all of my healing work is energy based. And one of the things I truly enjoy providing for my clients is property clearing. In the beginning, I used to travel to the property I was hired to clear and do the clearing work on-site. But soon my work progressed to the point that I didn't need to physically go to the property to assess what was out of balance, or to do the clearing. I found that I could do the work just as effectively from a distance.

One client hired me to clear the home she had recently moved into, saying it just didn't feel comfortable even after she painted and moved all of her belongings in. There was a room she especially wanted to use but just wasn’t comfortable spending any time in. I assessed the situation and found that the original owner of the house was still residing there (as an Earthbound spirit). In fact, he had passed from this life in that very room, alone and depressed. I had a conversation with him and was able to assist him in crossing over. He even told me his name. I then cleared the house and property of any residual energetic disturbances and assisted the owner in bringing in the new energy she desired.

When we talked during the feedback session, she said she had no information on the previous owner of the house but was able to verify the information that I received from a neighbor later that day. She was able to feel the difference in the house and when I spoke to her later on, she said that she was completely at home in her new space.
